Can the scheduler handle courts, pools and work teams for a volleyball tournament?
The AI Scheduler takes courts, teams, divisions, match lengths and rest rules and returns a conflict-free pool schedule; when a court goes down or a team drops, it re-solves and notifies every affected family. Standings and the bracket update as results are entered at the court.
How do results get from the court to the bracket?
The scorer enters the result once at the court from a phone. Standings, tiebreakers, seeding and the bracket update on their own, live on your site and app.
Can we register teams by division and collect entry fees online?
Yes. Each division has its own price, cap and waivers; teams register, pay online, and land in the right pool. Money goes to your own Stripe account.
Can we sell spectator tickets and parking online?
Yes. Day and weekend passes and parking sell online, families pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay, and gate staff scan with any phone. Gate revenue is paid direct to your Stripe.
Does the club season (tryouts, dues, practices) run on the same system?
Yes. Tryout registration, placement, dues with payment plans, practice scheduling and communication run off the same roster as your events.
