What is camp registration software?
Camp registration software handles sign-ups, waivers, and payment for a camp or clinic, then manages the roster, attendance, and communication once it starts. Sketchplay adds recurring training, session credit packs, and athlete evaluations so the same platform runs your whole year, not just one event.
How do session credit packs work?
Families buy a block of sessions up front, for example ten training sessions. Each time the athlete attends, one credit is drawn down automatically. Everyone can see the balance, and you get paid before the work rather than chasing invoices after it.
Can I run recurring weekly training?
Yes. Set a session to repeat on a schedule and it publishes to your calendar for the whole term. Families book once, attendance is tracked per session, and cancellations notify the group automatically.
Can I run private lessons and small groups?
Yes. Set capacity per session, from a one-on-one lesson to a full clinic. When a session fills, sign-ups close automatically so you are never over capacity on the floor.
What are athlete evaluations?
Coaches score athletes against the skills you define, and the results roll up into a profile parents can see. It gives families visible proof of progress, which is what keeps them re-enrolling term after term.
Do you charge per athlete or per camp?
No. Sketchplay charges one flat monthly price based on the size of your organization. Running more camps, more sessions, or more athletes does not change it.
