The reason tournament day goes sideways is that the score lives in one tool, the bracket in another, and a person stands between them keeping the two in sync — usually at 4 p.m., usually on a phone, usually while somebody is asking them a question.
Registration, the schedule, the gate and the bracket are one system here, not four that need reconciling. A team that registers is a team that can be seeded. Nobody is exporting a spreadsheet between two tools.

Frequently asked questions
Does the bracket seed itself from pool play?
Yes. Pool records settle the seeding when pool play closes, and bracket play starts from there. You are not rebuilding the bracket by hand between the two rounds.
Can we run several divisions at the same time?
Yes. Multiple age groups and divisions run at once across as many courts or fields as your venue has, from six courts to sixteen fields.
How do families follow along?
The bracket and scores appear on your branded event website and in your organization's space in the Sketchplay app, so families in the gym and families at home are looking at the same live picture.
What happens when weather moves everything?
The AI scheduler re-solves the day around the delay and notifies only the teams whose games actually moved, rather than blasting the whole event.
Is this separate from registration and ticketing?
No. Registration, scheduling, gate ticketing, and the bracket are one platform. A team that registers can be seeded, and gate revenue and registration land in the same place already reconciled.
Can we reuse an event next year?
Yes. Copy the whole event, change the dates, and reopen registration. The format, divisions, and structure come with it.
