The usual version is a form here, a payment link there, a waiver PDF by email, and someone typing it all into a spreadsheet on Sunday night.
Registration is the first real data your season has. On most stacks it lands in a tool nothing else can read, so every roster, schedule and message after it is built from a copy somebody maintains by hand. Here it is the roster itself.

Frequently asked questions
Do families sign up on our site or yours?
Yours. Registration runs on your own branded site and the confirmation carries your organization's name, so families never get handed off to a page that looks like someone else's.
Are waivers part of it?
Yes. Waivers are signed inside the same flow as the sign-up and the payment, rather than emailed out afterward as an attachment you have to chase.
Can we cap how many sign up?
Yes. Set a capacity and sign-ups close themselves once you are full, so you are not manually turning people away or discovering you oversold a session.
Can families pay over time instead of all at once?
You can sell a pack of credits families draw down session by session, or set up recurring billing for training that runs week after week. Talk to us about your specific structure on the demo.
How do we know who still owes money?
Balances are visible to you and to the family on the same screen, so it is a number both sides can look at rather than a chase.
What happens to the roster?
It builds itself from who registered, and it is the same roster your schedules and your messages are addressed from. There is no second list to keep in sync.
